2022 We are happy to announce we are offering in-person Parkinson’s support groups in the Louisville, Kentucky community!  A group is now open to the public at The Forum at Brookside, Middletown. This group meets the third Monday every month 2:00-3:30 p.m., 200 Brookside Drive. Come Join Us!!

A Program for People living with Parkinson’s disease and their families and friends who would like to learn more about Parkinson’s disease.  Chocolates at every meeting for you too!!!!
